Just in case you didn't know, the new york city board of film is proposing to pass a rule which will force any filmmaker/videographer/photographer to carry a
permit, and for the photographer to carry $1,000,000.00 in liability insurance. (this could cost you as much as $1600.00 yr just to shoot on the streets of NYC.)
